meta-mingw with sdk2.0?

Has anyone tried meta-mingw with sdk2.0?

I'd like to build and SDK from yocto ( Linux ) that I can build on a windows PC.

Customer is Aptiv ( Delphi Automotive ).

I was looking for some guidance to include the meta-mingw layer into Yocto so I could build an SDK for building in Windows for the layerscape parts...
