LS1043ardb 0x7E00_0000 memory read and after all it reset the MCU

Hello everybody,

I am trying to find NAND flash in IFC region, I check the the base address of the NAND flash according to 0x153_001C register, it tells me that NAND flash base address starting from 0x7E and when i check the memory map of the LS1043a i find that IFC region was in the 0x6000_0000 - 0x8000_0000. What i think is that "NAND memory should be in the 0x7E00_0000 in this address " When i tried to read this address from the u-boot it says it is resetting. 

Question 1: what is the base address of the NAND memory?

Question 2: why SoC resetting itself when i tried to read 0x7E00_0000 address?

I answer my question because i find a mistake that i did. In this register 0x153_001C register it writes 0x7E80_0000 not 0x7E00_0000 this address. And when i check this address space there is some data which belongs to nand flash. Second question answer is a just a guess. It probably reset the mcu core when the memory region was not defined in the IFC memory space.
