The difference between 21x21 and 23x23 is only in pinout, the silicon inside is the same.
CodeWarrior Pinmux tool does not work with pin numbers, it works with pin names. So, from this point of view, there is no difference between 21x21 and 23x23, because pin names are the same. So, the CW Pinmux tool will support the 23x23?  Is this correct, can you confirm internally with the NXP tools team?
