我要适配一个ls1043板子我该如何操作？

我有一块板子ls1043a，如果需要适配这块板子，我需要做什么？，需要更新uboot吗？

那要如何操作？有适配案例吗，如果更新uboot失败会不会导致ttl无法进入，只能用编程器？

If the board in your hand is LS1043ARDB Layerscape LS1043A Reference Design Board | NXP Semiconductors, you could refer the guide below.  If not, you could refer the LS1043ARDB.

The guide please refer to LSDK21.08, page 97, 4.1.9 LSDK Quick Start Guide for LS1043ARDB or Layerscape Linux Distribution POC User Guide, Rev. L6.1.1-1.0.0 page 46, 4.7.5 Quick start guide for LS1043ARDB.

It depends which SW version you choose.

The RDB has user selectable switches for evaluating different boot options for the LS1043A device, NOR, NAND, SD. When one boot mode fail to boot up, you could choose another one. You could find the boot mode information from the Chapter I shared above.

To keep the board boot up successfully, it will be better to make sure all boot modes work well, you could follow the guide to download the default image and program them, especially the SD mode, maybe you can prepare more than one card.

If all the boot modes are corrupted in the image update, you have to use the CW to program the board.
