Hi, Johnny,

The "CP3268" is an internal ID, customer do not need to care about it.

BTW, where do you know the "CP3268", is it printed on the mask?

hello Xiangjun,

 

Thank you so much,another quesiton about LPC1765FBD100/CP3268, the TOP MARKING is CP3268 instead of LPC1765, this is contradictory with datasheet. I didn't find any PCN doc on NXP website to clarify this,is this top marking correct?thx
