maximum output timer lpc4337

hi I'm working on lpc4337 and I'm trying generate an output with a timer as 10mhz frequency and I just can get approximately 300khz. That's possible?get an output higher as 10mhz??regards

Which timer are you using?

Please check the AN11538 application note, this application note is a collection of examples and usage notes for the
SCTimer/PWM block used in NXP microcontrollers.
