Where have the IOH libraries gone for the LPC11U37H?

Hi,

I've got some very old IOH libraries for the 11U37 and was just looking to see if they'd been updated since 2013 but they seem to have disappeared.  Any idea where the libraries and documentation have gone?  Even searching for an app note such as AN11471 doesn't turn up anything.

Thanks.

Perhaps this block has died a death and the current recommended path is to use the SCT to generate similar waveforms?  I'm wanting to handle Dali tx/rx using Manchester Encoding and I found an SCT example for RC5 IR tx/rx.  Am I better off going down that route?
