This is belongs to 3rd party. We never declaim we support OpenOCD. I suggest you using the MCUXpresso IDE associating with the JLINK or CMSIS DAP interface to download the code.
OpenOCD can support many company MCUs, The supported chips are listed there.

Thanks for replaying, yes MCUXpresso IDE is a good option however I am working in a project that support multiple vendors and a generic open tool is a good option to keep common environment.
I think just I have to find a proper LPC55S69 config file for openocd, if you know someone from community has worked about it, please let me know.
