We have been using the following microcontroller (LPC3250FET296/01) for awhile now (10Yrs>). We currently seeing failures during our thermal test at 70C and sometimes fails at ambient temperature. Anyone has any suggestion on why the controller would reboot itself at certain temperature? The board design was released back in 2012/13, but just saw a design option recommended by NXP in 2014 after the design was released. See attached photo of rev 2.1 datasheet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
