Max SPIFI size with LPC43xx

Per this page, Quad SPI Flash parts up to 128MByte (1Gbit) are supported, yet only supported parts up to 32Mbyte (256Mbit) are listed.

Can you point me to the biggest supported part(s) through the (standard) LPC4300 SPIFI Flash Drivers?

Winbond has some 1G and 2G parts (W25N01G*/W25N02G*).

Is 1G correct? I don't see the address space for that either. I'm looking for the biggest SPI flash possible with the LPC43xx.
