MCU Suggestion

Hello,

I need an advice about MCU for my project. I have LPC54608J512BD208 on my board and 512K Flash is not okay for my project. Is there any MCU with the same or nearly similar to LPC546 pin design(I don't want to change PCB schematic) with higher volume flash ? 1 MB or more is okay for me. And I must say that I need an LCD driver as LPC546.

For the LPC546xx family, the maximum value for internal flash is 512kB, the LPC546xx has a Quad SPI Flash Interface to connect an external flash memory. Code in the serial flash memory can be executed as if it was in the CPU’s internal memory space.

Unfortunately, there is no pin-compatible replacement for LPC54608J512BD208, I can suggest you the LPC4357JBD208 or the Kinetis K70 family, both have 1MB of flash and an LCD controller but the pin design is different from the LPC546.

The LPC54608J512BD208 and LPC4357JBD208 have the same package but the modules are located in different pins.
