Is there any way to use LPC51U68 USB with 1.8V VDD. If not, is there any similar device (M0+ 100MHz) with this possibility.

In Section 13.6 fig 33 VBUS(1) is combination that I want. Question is if in case of VDD=1.8V USB (CDC device) can work or not? Because in table 12 (10.1 General operating conditions) there is min 3.0V VDD specified for USB operation only!
