I've got just a little question about the LPC micro... How much write operation can i do on the LPC55S69 MCU Flash?

Hi,

The on-chip flash of LPC5569/LPC55S69 can be erased/programmed about at least 100000 cycles.

I copy it from data sheet of LPC556x.

I copy it from data sheet of LPC556x.

Emphasis here on "at least".
This number is guaranteed by the vendor under worst-case conditions, which basically means maximal temperature.
At room temperature, devices might easily hold up two orders of magnitude more cycles.

But for for commercial durability calculations, you can't count on that.
