Can the LPC54102 continuously sample (perform 5k samples) and transfer data to memory with DMA?

How would I implement continuous ADC samples and transfer to memory via DMA (5k samples) without stalling the ADC core? I am trying to do a waveform capture by using the ADC to take 5k samples consecutively and have the DMA write all conversions to RAM without stalling the ADC.

How would I do this?
