What options are there, up and down the product structure, for MCUs similar to the Kinetis family? Is there a planned end-of-life for Kinetis or follow-on series at NXP?
My goal is to have confidence in selecting a product family for low cost motor control applications as shown in AN1662.
Thanks
Daniel, thanks for the info and reply.
After posting the question I managed to find my way to the 8bit controllers using the 'Selector'. My goal is to develop a similar motor application, AN1662, using today's tech in an 8pin package.
I'm glad to hear that .
I'm also sharing a page with some MCU’s that might be a good option for your application.
One of the benefits of these MCU’s, that I would like to highlight, is that the listed devices have an SDK which contain several examples and can save you some development time.
