Hi

I wanted to know what is the effective no. of bits with and without noise in 12 bit and 14 bit ADC present in k20 uc? and is there any document which states these values for kinetis ucs so that I can select the desired uc according to the appliation requirements.

Thanks & Regards

Amit Kumar

Hi, Amit Kumar

You can find the effective bit nunber in datasheet. ENOB is the parameter you need. You can search it in datasheet.

Hi, Amit

I checked other MCU which has 12-bit ADC. There is not ENOB. So I think you can use quantization error directly and no need to care ENOB.

Hope my reply can help you.
