The biggest difference is that K63 and K64 are part of the new second generation Kinetis K devices (K2). Beyond what Mark and Justin posted, one of the other new features is crystal-less USB capabilities to save on BOM costs. Also there are also power and cost savings available with K2 parts depending on the devices selected.

The bootloader and Kinetis Development Studio (KDS) already support some KL devices currently. Other devices will be added further down the line. The new K2 devices will be first along with other newly released Kinetis parts, and then over time select older Kinetis devices will be added as well.

I'd like to know the answer to this also.
From what I can tell the K63/4 have an FPU but no NFC.
The K63/64 only have 120 MHz chips.
The K64 seems to be pin-pin compatible with K60.
I'm not sure what the difference is between the K63 and K64.
I think k64 has only CAN0 (no CAN1)

I would say that these are the main differences between K60, K63 and K64 (120Meg parts) are:
- K63 and K64 have more memory (up to 1Meg Flash / 260k RAM)
- K63 and K64 have no TSI
- K64 has no tamper
- K63 and K64 have CAN0 but not CAN1
