I have two Freescale Kinetis MK60 connected in JTAG daisy chain. Is it possible to debug software using J-Link in CodeWarrior Studio? I could not find any option to specify the JTAG tap. Please advise.

Regards,

Vlad

Hi,

I've got the following answer from Freescale support:

"Thank you for contacting us. Sorry. CW doesn't support multi-target debug.

I will escalate it as a feature request if necessary.

If you have any further questions, please let me know.

Thank you for your interest in Freescale Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you."

Reards,

Vlad

Hi,

I'm interested in this question; I'll be grateful if anyone will give an answer!

In my JTAG chain configuration I have a MK60 and an Altera CPLD: i'm obtaining good results in recognition via debugger's command line tool, but I haven't found settings in codewarrior that can be triggered to obtain a successful Kinetis debug.

I'm using a Segger J-Link and TAP's manual says: "It is the application's responsibility to supply a way to configure the scan chain. Most applications offer a dialog box for this purpose." Where is CW MCU 10.3 dialog box?

Thanks in advance for your answers. :smileyhappy:
