Compilation error for Freedom bootloader in KDS 3.2.0

I have a FRDM-K82F: Freedom Development Platform for K82, K81. I am trying to compile freedom_bootloader in KDS 3.2.0 and I am getting error. Document has the procedure for IAR but i am using KDS.

Document has below procedure

"Select C/C++ Compiler, and the preprocessor tab. Scroll down in the defined symbols. Note that all unused interfaces are disabled. This is done to save code size and remove un needed interfaces."

I am not seeing any respective setting in KDS.

If I try to compile then i am getting linker error.

Any comments please.

Hi R.Dhanapal:

Just did a quick test on KBOOT with Frdm-k82, it can compile  successfully with KDS 3.2 on my side. I would suggest you download from MCU Bootloader|NXP  and try it again.

Hi Daniel,

I have a document "Payment Solutions Secure boot Lab Guide 1_r0.2" it has

the procedure for IAR but i am using KDS 3.2.0version. By any chance i can

get the KDS based document. This would be helpful for me to proceed further

in a quick way.

Hi Daniel,

Thank you very much for your support. Fresh copy of source is getting compiled. Old copy of source which is in my PC has some problem.

Hi

In case of complications, KBOOT (and other) solutions are available at the link that build with all IDEs (http://www.utasker.com/kinetis/compilers.html)
