Am I right in thinking that only up to 100MHz parts are available at present? (9th July 2011)
The K60N512VMD100 doesnt have a floating point unit (as posted elsewhere) and I'm interested with parts that have DDR capability as well. It seems that it's only the 120 / 150MHz parts that have this - am I right?
Also, will the DDR supporting parts be available in LQFP144 packages? (I assume only BGA 196/256 would have this)
