ARM controller for project

Hello, I want to use an ARM microcontroller for my project and I need it to be able to connect to Ethernet, USB, have several UARTs, and about 40 GPIO which of the Freescale products would be better to use?

K63 serials and K64 serials meet your requirements.

the main difference between these two serials is K63 has modules for security encryption and tamper detection.
