I do not see support for MKL17 and MKL27 in KDS 2.0, I have samples already and my boards will arrive next week.

What's going on?

New device support to KDS is added through the Kinetis SDK updates (Kinetis Design Studio Integrated Development |Freescale). KL17 and KL27 are in the

Kinetis SDK1.0.0 Standalone support for FRDM-KL43Z and TWR-KL43Z48M

update. Download it from

http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=KINETIS_SDK&nodeId=0152101E8C1EF7&fps...

and then install the Eclipse update in

C:\Freescale\KSDK1.0.0_KL43Z_1.0.1\tools\eclipse_update

Thank you Erich!

I already set-up my KDS with KSDK and are able to generate new projects for KL17 and KL27 (both of wich I intend to use on a product migration)... My problem now is that I used to rely a lot on Processor Expert, I like to click away on the peripheral configuration part, with KSDK now there's a different architecture in place and the examples contained in the KSDK package don't have Processor Expert projects.

Also, although my project is bare metal I have to deal  with a OSA thing that I didn't have to deal with before, and that consumes the LPTMR that use on my KL16 projects.

I will like to know if you have some Processor Expert App Notes with KSDK for my reference...

Thank you,

C
