FreeMaster CAN communication, why is the left part of curve in Oscilloscope not seen?

Dear Expert :

     As is shown in the figure,  why is the left part of curve in Oscilloscope not seen when I use CAN communication. Also,sometimes the curve runs discontinously .

If using JTAG,it runs all ok. The edition of FreeMaster I use is 2.5
