I can not find the Jtag pulgins

I will probably need more information about your missing plug-ins. What is your target platform? What JTAG cable are you using?
In general, there are JTAG/BDM plug-in for cables from P&E Micro, Segger J-Link, ARM CMSIS-DAP and iSystem. All are available in the drop-down list in FreeMASTER options.
The picture shows the P&E Micro plug-in selected. There are other items for J-Link, CMSIS-DAP and iSystem.
