Hi,

I would like some feedback on the modulo_switch CLI program to gather statistics, that doesn't work.  Calling command "show statistics" returns nothing on the shell, so is it normal?

type:

# /usr/sbin/modelo_switch

Switch> show statistics

thanks,

Francois

Just type in "disable" to the prompt and it'll be O.K.

Hi, Also I would like to know how to disable the debugging strings outputting to the shell.

I'm continuously getting:

13:50:10 Switch> send error!, errno = -1

send error!, errno = -1

13:50:18:RX undef bpdu type=8

13:50:18:RX undef bpdu type=4

send error!, errno = -1

send error!, errno = -1

send error!, errno = -1

13:50:28:RX undef bpdu type=8

13:50:28:RX undef bpdu type=4

(...)

thx

I have no idea what CPU, Development System or Operating System you're using. There may be a more appropriate forum for your post. Are you using Linux, MQX or what?

Hello,

It is the MCF54418, on Linux 2.6.29

I tried two versions of that (modelo_switch) program, but I don't know the version number, but I can differentiate them from the size they have:

-1st one was 92.6 kB;

-2nd one, size = 249.4 (Taken from M54418Tower_Linux_BSP_20110422_ltib.iso);

Both of the program mentioned above are doing the same thing.

Thanks,

Francois
