Where can I download the USB Driver for the CodeWarrior TAP?

When I plug in the device to a Windows machine, the driver is not found. A USB connection is needed to set a default IP address.

The CWTAP drivers are available in ccs folder (ccs\drivers\usb\), after CodeWarrior is installed.
