I am using Full Chip Simulation of the 9S12C32 for part of my project development. I want to measure the frequency of pulse signals from a Hall effect switch on a brushless DC motor to a port pin. I have done this in the past using an MC68HC11F1. I have now written code to do this using the 9S12, and I want to test the code first without a physical connection.
Is there a way to simulate such a series of pulses in Code Warrior Debugger Full Chip Simulation? I have looked unsuccessfully for info on how one might do this.
