MPC5554 is supported by CodeWarrior Classic 2.10:
Quick start guide can be found in Documentation section.
CodeWarrior for eTPU is something different - it can be used to modify eTPU libraries which is probably not the case.
Anyway, please notice that MPC5554 is not recommended for new designs, so we do not support customers starting new project with this device.

There should be no problem to answer some simple questions. But if it is something more time-consuming, I can't promise...
Also notice that product longevity of this product already expired in 2019:

Now the availability depends on customers' demand. Don't be surprised if 'end of life' status is announced in next few years.
If your product life time is supposed to be longer, I would reconsider using this device.
