Hi,

 

Would like to check can Codewarrior TAP CWH-UTP-PPCD-HE supports MPC5200?

If not, what other Codewarrior TAP can i use?

To do flash programming.

Hello Evan

The part number of USBTAP that support MPC5200 is CWH-UTP-PPCC-HE. However it is not manufactured now.

Its replacement is CWH-CTP-BASE-HE.

If you are using CodeWarrior for MobileGT v9.2, you need install CCS update. For details, please review this document:

Hi,

I’m reading through the CW user guide and try to connect the CW using Lan cable. But I don't really understand.

Where can I find the "netparam" and "core" ? (See attached file)

Check with you, the IP Address for my CW is 192.168.3.255 ? (See attached file “CCS – IP address”)

Hello Evan

CodeWarrior TAP can be connected with either Ethernet interface or USB interface. 

When connect with Ethernet interface, please select Ethernet TAP when create the new connection in CodeWarrior for MobileGT v9.2, and in the hostname field, enter the IP address of the CWTAP, or fsl<last digits of the CWTAP MAC address>.

Regarding to your question about CodeWarrior TAP set up utility, please open the telnet session and connect to the CodeWarrior TAP probe by: telnet hostname.
