I'm getting this error when trying to flash a MC56F84789 on CW 11.2 using USB TAP:

It was working just fine and suddenly stoped working, tried with other microcontrolers (same model) and other USB TAP's and got the same error. Already re-installed codewarrior.
Hi,
It appears that the MC56F84789 processor has failed. Pls try to use another board and have a test.

I tried with 3 different boards (all of them with MC56F84789) and still getting the error, the 3 boards ive tried are working cuz i could flash them in another computer. Also i only have the USB TAP at the moment to flash them.
The MULTILINK can flash the MC56F84789? Is it better than the USB TAP?
Hi,
I am sure that the MC56F84789 supports the Multilink Universal device with CodeWarrior for MCU ver11.x tools. The new DSC family for example MC56F80xxx does not support USBTAP but supports Multilink Universal device.
I suggest you change another USBTAP and have a try.
