You could just make one, its fairly easy to do- start by making a symbol for each type, 64 and 80 pin.  Then you can just copy in the package from the smd-ipc family and map the symbol pins to the footprint pins.

I can help you make a library part for this part if you want.  I've made my own library that so far contains the QG, QE, JM, AW/AC.  Will continue to add to it and make it available to everyone if desired.
