Every time I select the download button, I am directed to the "My Account Home Page"

Yes, you need login the NXP before download any software , including KDS.
I have the same issue, the download link directs me to "My account Home page" instead to the KDS download options, no matter if i've logging before or after.
I try several times and one of then i've received this error:
I test to download KDS just now, there is no problem, the steps as below :
First please login, then :
Then choose the version you need :
If still can not download, could you please check other PC , while i think there is nothing to do with PC.
If all can not work well , could you please take a screenshot about your steps .

The issue starts when i click on download, a new chrome tab opens to nxp.flexnetoperations.com (i think this a nxp verification server or something like this):
And after a moment it directs me to my nxp profile home page, but no to the product information to chose the versión as you get:
the other tab remains on the kds page:
I try with Chrome an Edge on win10 and in other pc, too. Same issue in both cases
So, i suppose there is something wrong in my NXP account that fails with the authentication.

This is the first time i met this question , as Jorge Alcala said, you can also create a new account
to have a try .
Yes, This is we did yesterday, we register another account with the e-mail address of my colleague Susana and she can download KDS without any problem. Also, I tried with my account in her pc and it din´t work. So, its clear there is something wrong in my account.

This issue could be caused because your account was disabled due to inactivity. You can contact our non-technical support in the link: Sales and Support|NXP and they can reactivate your account.
Hello Alice,I'm having the same problem. I use my account since 2006 / 2007 and use a lot. I have asked of a microcontroler sample just now and had no problems. But I tried to download the Codewarrior and the KDS, and both go to my account page. I tried many ways to download, but any one I had no success.
Have I to make a new account ? Or change something o my account ?
I try again and when I click on Download. it call this link "http://www.nxp.com/webapp/swlicensing/sso/downloadSoftware.sp?catid=KINETIS-KDS-IDE"
After, the site call this link:
Goes to my Account
I think the easy way is creating a new account.
Or you can refer to Jorge Alcala said :

I Contact Non-technical support and they help me reactivating my accont. And now that 's ok.
