How to confirm a Register value on AndroidKK4.4.2 for MX6-SABRE-SD

We run AndroidKK4.4.2 on MX6-SABRE-SD board.
We confirm a register value of i.MX6 with a console and want to change it.

Would you teach how to confirm a register value on AndroidKK4.4.2?
(Is there the command such as devmem2 of Linux?)

You may use the following patch to add memtool to Android KitKat.
