Does RT1170 support MX35LF1GE4AB?
It seems that the RT1170 can support this memory. However, the size is way too big for what the RT1170 can support.
Should any software modify for it?
Yes, you will need to modify the software that we provide within the SDK. The example projects and the drivers within the SDK were made based on the hardware that is available in the EVK. Since we use a QSPI memory, the drivers and the examples work with this memory. You will need to adapt the examples and the drivers for the Serian NAND memory.
BTW, NorFlash/NANDFlash size for RT1170 limited?
The limitation is determined by the memory map of each RT. In the case of the RT1170, FlexSPI1 is limited to 256MB and FlexSPI2 to 504MB.
