reset adc input voltage range from 3.3v to 5v

Hi nxp,

I use the MIMXRT106x-evk board to read some data in the adc channel. I check the datasheet, the max input voltage can be decided by Vref. The default setting is 3.3v represented of 4096 step. How could I change its max range from 3.3v to 5.0V?

Hi Zhou Zhou,

Please refer to Table 54 of the datasheet.

The maximum voltage allowed by Ref Voltage High is 3.6V, although is not recommended to work with the maximum voltage allowed, this is why by default comes with 3.3V.
