I recommend you to read AN12564.

Hi Armand

I had check the AN12564, it's good information for me, thanks.

And I think I will choose "Dedicated RWW Flash Device" solution.

I have some question.

Q1: What sample code can I reference if I use dedicated RWW Flash Device

I download "evkmimxrt1015_flexspi_nor_polling_transfer".

I am a little confused.

Q2: Does this sample code execute boot image on external QSPI Flash and also write data to same QSPI Flash?

Hi Ken,

On our system we used a different approach, we are running the code that modifies the flash from RAM with IRQ locked. Therefore I cannot give advice on the code given in the application note because I never used it. But I'm sure someone from NXP can help you with that.

Armand
