Hello, my name is Pavel, and I will be suppurating your case, I have some questions.

What kind of memory are you using?
Did you achieve the flash in the past? or is it the first time that you are testing your new PCB?
Could you tell me about the fuses did you burn?
Could you tell me about the boot config and boot mode?
What interface are you using to communicate SWD or JTAG?
What kind of debugger are you using?
What kind of IDE or tool are you using to flash?
Do you think the communication with external memory is ok?

Could you try to use secure provisioning to test de communication? you must need the board in serial downloader to communicate with the tool.

In the point 1 you could test your memory communication.
In point 2 you could read the fuses.

Best regards,
Pavel

Hi,
we are using the following :
1.QSPI based winbond external flash.
2.Yes, but we are facing issues in the newly designed card which is almost similar to our old card.
3.fuses burned as per internal boot mode.
4.boot config and boot mode are internal boot mode.
5. we are using the SWD
6.MCUxpresso link debugger
7. we are using the latest version of MCUxpresso 11.6
8.communication with external flash is not sure, controller is unable to load the code into QSPI flash
