RT1170 VG-Lite Error

Hello,

 I am using i.MX RT1170 EVK and MCUXpresso. 

I want to benchmark for this EVK. For benchmarking, I use the benchmark_cm7 example in the SDK. When LV_USE_GPU_NXP_VG_LITE = 0, the test runs successfully. But if I set it to 1, it gives an error after a while after the test starts. BusFault or similar errors. What is the reason of this?

Referring to the project's readme file, “Currently GPU is not supported for 1-bit and 8-bit color depth, change LV_USE_GPU_NXP_PXP and LV_USE_GPU_NXP_VG_LITE to 0 in lv_conf.h.”

Thanks for answering. But could this be the reason why the error occurs not at the beginning but after a while after the process starts? Can this Define only affect certain transactions?

Yes, such errors are possible. In any case, we highly recommend that customers follow the instruction manual.
