Hello, I suggest use an adapter to use the JTAG port as a SWD flavor. I made a document related to this issue; I hope this explain more.

Best regards,
Pavel

Hello @BTasdemir

you are using the wrong JTAG interface. This one is to debug the onboard Freelink Interface (the LPC4322 controller)

You need to use the 20-Pin JTAG interface.

If you are using RT1170 EVK, please remove J6 and J7.

if you are using RT1170 EVKB, please add a jumper on JP5.

Hello, my name is Pavel, and I will be supporting your case, I do not if you are using your MCU Link in the right interface, could you please elaborate further about the connector you are using for communicating the external debugger? please review the document.

Best regards,
Pavel
