IMXRT1170-EVK-Schematics below uses a separate 3V3 regulator for supplying NVCC_SD1 core of microcontroller. Is it a must? We are on the final way of our custom pcb designing. Please a rapid answer much appreciated. Since EVK below uses POWER GOOD control signal for opening below regulator, we are a little bit confused whether any power sequence exists or not.
In IMXRT1170 Reference manual there is power sequence chart below however it does not mention anyhting special about for powering NVCC_SD1 pin.
Our program will be baremetal and runs codes within RAM or QSPI flash. We will not use any SD card in our design.
