mfgtool for i.MX RT vs UUU tool for i.MX 6&8

Hi, is the MFGTool referred in i.MX RT manuals same as the opensource UUU tool (https://github.com/NXPmicro/mfgtools) for i.MX 6  & 8 processors.

We know that MFGTool is predecessor of UUU and UUU has the support for i.MX RT 106x devices. But are these two exactly the same?

Yet we want to confirm the following once.

1. UUU tool is supposed to replace MFGTool, correct?
2. Can we flash/program i.MX RT (particularly RT 1160) with UUU tool?

yes, uuu tool replace the mfgtools in i.mx8, it seems that i.mxRT doesn't support uuu tool
