Could you please let me know from which yocto version onwards meta-mono is supported??
Is it supported in yocto 1.5(dora)?

Unfortunately meta-mono is not part of the FSL Community BSP so there may be some dependencies missing if you want to integrate it.
I would recommend looking to the information available in the Open Embedded website:
