The IOMUXC GPR23-GPR34 registers contain DSI related bits but they only state e.g. "for DSI control", "for DSI test status" or "for DSI status" not telling me what they're supposed to do. Are there any details?

The kernel sources seem to only refer to IMX8MQ_GPR13_MIPI_MUX_SEL for muxing between DCSS and LCDIF.

Any details would be greatly appreciated!

The bits you are talking about are for factory testing purposes only and should not be used during regular operation.

Have a great day,

The sound useful for LCD panel bringup / debugging though. Any chance you can provide any details?

Seems there's more interest in documentation for these registers: https://community.nxp.com/thread/471203
