imx6q custom board can't enter the android6.0 system

my imx6q custorm board with 1GB DDR.After burning the compiled Android firmware, it has been repeatedly restarted in the Android logo after power-on. How to solve this problem?

one can try to program image on flash using documentation Android M6.0.1_2.1.0 BSP Documentation

i.MX 6 Series Manufacturing Toolkit for Android M6.0.1_2.1.0 Release

If this will not help, run ddr test i.MX6/7 DDR Stress Test Tool V3.00 

and update image with new calibration coefficients found from test.
