iMX8X TEMPMON accuracy

Hi,

iMX8X contain the temperature monitor/sensor IP module inside. But, I could not find any description about accuracy of these sensors in datasheet and reference manual. How about accuracy these sensors?

yes, my understanding is that the accuracy is about the same as the MX6.

Thank you for your support. Did you mean the temperature sensor of iMX8X family is same specification as iMX6 familly?

If yes, iMX8X's temperature sensor accuracy is +/-10deg. Is it right?
