If chip marked as 1GHz ability, how up frequency in Linux kernel to 1G?

As i understand, if put cpu_freq=1G to kernel komand line arguments, it is disable integrated LDO's and must be supply external МСС to ARM_CAP ...

According to the Linux BSP Release Note, you can put the "arm_freq=1000" in the kernel command line. Basically,

1G CPU frequency is set by default and LDO bypass is enabled by default.
