i.MX6 xml file in IOMUX tool.

Hi community,

I have a question about i.MX6 IOMUX Tool.

I checked IOMUX setting in i.MX6DQ_Smart_Device.RevB.IoMuxDesign.xml in IOMUX tool (Rev. 3.4.0.3) and MCIMX6Q_SDP (Rev.C5), and I found some differences.

The following pads are example that there is difference between the xml file and rev.C5 board.

Pad Name:     IOMUX Tool,     Rev.C5 board

GPIO_1:     GPIO1_IO01(ALT5),      WDOG_B(ALT1)

KEY_ROW2:     GPIO4_IO11(ALT5),     HDMI_CEC_IN(ALT6)

EIM_DA6:     GPIO3_IO06(ALT5),     EPDC_SDCE2(ALT9)

So would you send us the latest xml file corresponded to the latest evaluation board?

Hello Satoshi Shimoda,

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to locate the Rev. C5 file. Either way I would not recommend using any board .xml as is without double checking that it matches your desired design.
