I set 00 in BOOT_CFG2[7:6] for muxed 16-bit NOR Flash boot, the data and address pins are connected to the pads in Yellow?

you are right: EIM_DA[15:0} are used for mode

BOOT_CFG2[7:6]=00  for muxed 16-bit NOR Flash boot
