i.MX 8QuadXPlus MEK board how to use mic ?

My board is i.MX 8QuadXPlus MEK . My os is Android P9.0.0_1.0.2_AUTO_Beta.

My question is :

1.

when i use wm8960 ,

Capturing sample: 2 ch, 44100 hz, 16 bit

mek_8q:/system/bin # tinyplay aa.wav

Playing sample: 2 ch, 44100 hz, 16 bit

I grabbed my voice with the MIC of my headset by “tinycat aa.wav”,then tinyplay aa.wav.

i can hear it but volume is very low,why?

when i use cs42888,

It's normal to play music from AUDIO OUT-FR media. You can hear the sound played by media. When using the recorder software to record，But MIC can't record the sound. 

why?
