delay unit for DQ setting in MMDC register for i.MX6

Hi all,

I have question about delay unit in MMDC register.

Could you tell me the delay unit period ?

According to the description of MMDCx_MPRDDQBY0DL in IMX6DQRM, it shows the delay as below.

010         Add dq0 delay of 2 delay units.

011         Add dq0 delay of 3 delay units.

Does above period is same as following thread ?

The thread said that 1 delay unit is 2-3[ps].

Does the delay unit which is described in MMDCx_MPRDDQBY0DL same ?
